If your bill is not paid by the due date, your service will be terminated the following day.
Once terminated:
- Your invoice will be canceled.
- The expired service cannot be renewed or reactivated.
- To use the service again, you must purchase a new service.
We send multiple payment reminders before your due date. Your subscription's expiry date can also be found in your customer portal account and on the main screen of the app itself, so please make sure your payment is made on time.
Expired means expired. There will be no late renewals or manual reinstatements.
